Clock Ticking on Highway Trust Fund

In this latest installment of the Briefing Room, John Horsley executive director of the American Association of State Highway and Transportation Officials discusses the pending Highway Trust Fund crisis. Horsley, shares his views on the movement now underway in both the House and Senate to keep the HTF solvent. Horsley says the "bottom will fall out" of the Federal Aid Highway program that states depend on, if Congressional action isn't taken in a matter of days.
